Welcome to Upland’s alumni page! Since you are always part of the Upland story whether you left last year or 50 years ago, we hope that you find this resource another way of staying in touch with old friends, faculty, and the Alumni Office. New things are happening here all the time and we want you to always remain a part of Upland life!
As alums, you are an important part of our extended community. If you live close by, you can be an active part of the Upland Alumni Association to assist the School with programs, and also provide activities and information for other alums. If you have moved away and are visiting the area, or if you live in the area and are passing by, stop in and see us! We are always happy to welcome alums back to Upland.
The Alumni Association meets monthly and actively supports the School’s programs and fund raising efforts in a variety of ways, working to keep our extended family in touch with all that is happening at Upland. We also have a very good time! Alumni Winter Weekend, held annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, draws over 250 alums and families for hockey, volleyball, food, and catching up with old friends. Graduation is another time when a lot of alums come together. All of you and your family are invited to our Graduation Luncheon and to pose for the yearly Alumni photo. Another new event that draws many alums back to campus is our Alumni Run/Walk for Autism. Additionally, the annual Alumni Phonathon not only raises money for the School, but is also a great way to find out the latest news from friends and classmates!
If you have not been receiving Upland’s mailings, please e-mail our Alumni Director, Lucy Singleton (lsing@uplandcds.org), and let her know where you are and what you’ve been up to. We’d love to hear from you! We can also help you get in touch with classmates and former teachers.
We hope you will call or e-mail Lucy or a member of the Association if you have any questions, if you want to become involved, share your latest news, or if you just want to say hi!
